Shipping Information
1. Free Worldwide Shipping
At Lumière Jewellery, we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of your location. We believe in providing a seamless shopping experience, no matter where you are in the world.

2. Shipping Times
United Kingdom: Estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.
International: Estimated delivery time is 7-8 business days.
Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery times, actual delivery may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Customs and Duties
For international orders, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges
1. Return Policy
We want you to love your Lumière Jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, sale items, and earrings (due to hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at support@lumierejewellery.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RA number. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in finding a suitable replacement. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and for shipping the exchanged item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@lumierejewellery.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lumierejewellery.com.
